Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! As long as we have access, you don’t need to be there. Just hand over the keys and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to clear out the home before the cleaning?
Yes, move out cleanings are for empty homes only — no clutter or furniture. This helps us work faster and get the job done right. There also must be electricity and running water in the home.
How do I book a cleaning?
First we recommend that you view our list of cleaners and choose who you'd like to complete your cleaning. Then just fill out our booking form on this site or give us a call, be sure to mention your cleaner choice to avoid having a cleaner chosen at random. We’ll confirm your appointment and send a cleaner your way!
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Austin, Roundrock, Pflugerville, Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange, and many more areas to come.
What are your service hours?
Our standard booking hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Sunday.
We stop accepting new cleanings for start times after 5 pm so our team can finish safely and thoroughly, without rushing into the night.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is huge for us. If you’re not happy, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
